Unamic/HCN

Accessibility for citizens and information which is easy to find on the Internet are crucial to the government. The Dutch ‘Antwoord (Answer)' project, or a single window for citizens, is a current example of how the government is trying to meet the demands of the Dutch population.

Unamic/HCN has a great deal of experience in increasing the accessibility of government institutions, while at the same time translating the experience gained in commercial sectors into tangible improvements in the areas of service and accessibility.
