A satisfied customer is an ambassador for an organisation. By assisting customers in a friendly and goal-oriented manner via telephone, e-mail or IM sites, and solving problems that occur, customer satisfaction improves.

Unamic/HCN has various applications for measuring the degree of customer satisfaction. This may be done both in real time during and after a conversation as well as periodically.
