Unamic/HCN Financial Services provides a broad spectrum of credit management, either as part of a package of full-chain activities or as an individual service. These services vary from designing an active debt recovery strategy in an amicable procedure to the transfer of the debt to a judicial collection agency, and providing debt rescheduling arrangements.
The symbiosis that exists between the back-office services and Financial Services and the front-office services that the Contact Center Services offers becomes abundantly clear within the area of credit management. In our implementation of active credit management procedures, the interaction inherent to the use of the telephone communication channel plays a successful starring role. In doing so, a customer is still a customer, and is not treated as a ‘debt file'. By making agreements about payments and incorporating these directly into the accounting system, we succeed in shortening the terms of payment (Days Sales Outstanding) and reducing the number of uncollectable debts substantially.
