Transactie management

Financial Services supports full supply chains from transaction management, invoicing and collection and accounts receivable management, all the way up to customer service. Within these activities, Financial Services specialises in providing support to companies with a high frequency of transactions based on a calculation model consisting of consumption and/or fixed rates. Examples of these types of companies include energy suppliers, daily and weekly newspaper publishers, waterworks companies, cable companies and large E-tailers. Financial Services' support is modular in structure. Credit management (accounts receivable) in particular is offered as a stand-alone service.

Transaction management

Transaction management covers all of the administrative services that focus on arriving at timely and accurate invoicing and collection activities. Examples of this include customer database management, order management, consumption record system and the management of pricing plans.
