The contact center organization Unamic/HCN, a specialist in the field of outsourcing client processes, has been nominated for two National Contact Center Awards in 2010. This year, the company has submitted entries for the 'Partnership Award' and the 'Innovation Award'. It was nominated for both categories by the NCCA special jury.

NCCA Partnership Award

The Unamic/HCN entry for the Partnership Award, which has been submitted together with partner Samsung Electronics, addresses the issue of how facilities contact centers can reach a collaboration model with clients that is characterized by sustainable business operations and which has the potential to exceed client expectations, which in turn will lead to a strategic and long-term collaboration. The entry also describes the effects of co-sourcing on client satisfaction and loyalty, with regard to the facilities service provider.
Within the Benelux region, Unamic/HCN is the market leader in the field of 'co-sourcing' or, to put it differently, the 'in-sourcing' of a contact center at the client's location.

NCCA Innovation Award

The Unamic/HCN entry for the Innovation Award examines the successes achieved by the 'Offshore' proposition being offered by Unamic/HCN. Unamic/HCN has been executing client processes for Dutch clients in Surinam and Turkey for five years now. Looking back at the years past, the innovative outsourcing of client contact centers to offshore locations has proven to be a success in Unamic/HCN's eyes. The entry describes the successes of the work in both countries and the conclusion is that having client contact carried out in offshore locations is here to stay. Offshoring has also proven to be a clever strategic decision in view of the ever-increasing growth in business volume that is also predicted for the future.

About the NCCA Awards

The prizes of the National Contact Center Awards are highly coveted by contact centers. Not only do the winners demonstrate that they have a good understanding of their trade and deliver a quality service but the Awards program also helps them create a positive image. A lot of importance is attached to the NCCA, both within and outside of the contact center industry.

The NCCA jury will soon be visiting all of the nominated contact centers in order to determine the final eight winners, who will be placed in the limelight during the festive Telecommerce Gala on Wednesday, April 28, 2010 in the Beatrix Theater in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
