Unamic/HCN, specialist in outsourcing and advice in the area of client processes, finished in the top 3 of the Dutch NCCA Sales Award 2009. The presentation of the award took place on Wednesday evening during the NCCA Gala at the Beatrix Theater in Utrecht.

The nominated Sales case concerned the collaboration between Unamic/HCN and MKB Energie, a subsidiary of energy incumbent Eneco. The unique character of this case is the fact that MKB Energie has outsourced its entire client contact activites to Unamic/HCN. Unamic/HCN not only looks after the sales backoffice staff but also the activities of the sales staff in the field. In addition, the front office is wholly integrated with the back office. Also because of that MKB Energie has grown strongly in the competitive SME segment with a demonstrable lower cost of acquisition.
