Last month more than 30 Team Leaders and Senior Call Center Agents from Unamic/HCN in Paramaribo received a diploma or a part certificate from the training 'Contact Center Team Manager'. Besides this five Trainers from Unamic/HCN have been trained as certificated examiner of the Foundation of Examination Institute Contact Centers (SECC). Because of this Unamic/HCN can now administer independent examinations and soon all 350 employees in Paramaribo - following a successful completion of the training - will be presented with the Starter's certificate for Contact Center Employee.
Trainings have been conducted by Philipse Business School, a training institute recognized by the Dutch government and licensed to award official CTE and Master's diplomas. Philips Business School also trains the examiners of the SECC. Unamic/HCN works together with the Philipse Business School as a supplement to the training services that Unamic/HCN itself offers.
